If you’ve seen a lower advertised price on another website or from a local store, we want to know about it. Bring it to our attention, and we’ll gladly match their price.

THE RULES:
The hearing aids must be the same brand, model, and size that are on our website AND the website or clinic where you find the lower price cannot be a website based outside the United States. Local Service, which refers to a location in the same metropolitan area and/or within a reasonable distance of our Local Provider, and Fitting Fees (if any) will be included when calculating the price difference. Service charge for hearing evaluation, fitting of hearing aid and followup care will be added to the base cost of the hearing aid.

To Receive your refund: Contact your Hearing Consultant at 1-888-478-9898 or send an email to guarantee@affordable-hearing-care.com and be sure to include your Invoice Number and the URL of the website where you found the hearing aid. If you obtained the lower price from a local clinic, you must provide us written proof of the lower price (such as a quote or price sheet). Then we will verify the lower price, give you the discount and send you an e-mail with your new total.

UP TO 45-DAY RETURN POLICY - BEST IN THE BUSINESS
If you are not happy with your hearing aids, you may return them to our office within 45 days for a full refund (including all fitting and service fees) less a Return Service Charge of $125 per hearing aid.

While we wish we could refund 100% of your money; this is not possible since hearing aids are custom fit and manufactured specifically for you. In addition, our local hearing care professional will spend a considerable amount of time with you prescribing the solution that is best for you. By standardizing a Return Service Charge, we are able to specifically tell you what your cost may be if you decide to return your hearing aids. There are no hidden charges unlike other online hearing aid retailers.
